Does anyone else suffer from this on their bum?

its so depressing i cant wear bikini's or feel confident being naked around anyone.

i shaved my bum as i was getting laser hair removal everywhere but they ended up saying the hairs were too light there and couldnt use laser. so now the hair has grown back worse and everytime i shave i end up with these pimples and rash. ive tried all sorts of creams and nothing works. any ideas?image
