Sorry, total opposite, I feel better in the sun. I actually love the sun. It's been raining here for 2 days and supposed to rain till Wednesday. Not looking forward to it. 🤨 Why do you think the sun makes you worse?

because i have a histamine problem, before all this started the docs gave me mega doses of vit d it made me very very poorly, it turns out it increases estrogen and estrogen increases histamine, every blood test ive ever had comes back high estrogen! never ever had allergies in my life until this.
