does anyone get chest gurgling with anxiaty

I no there are many symptoms but is chest gurgling one of them its constant and would reasure me i carnt stand it . I also have acid reflux so could it be a mix of symptoms causing this allso breathless episodes that come out of nowhere sad

      Hi what other symptoms do u get and do they all come from ur anxiaty or acid reflux aswell as im struggling to believe my symptoms are fron anxiaty at all haha and i suppose thats anxiaty for ya lol

    Hi ;do you mean like a drop feeling in chest what takes your breath away a bit feels lie a bit of a bubble or wind in your chest

      Hi its more like a gurgling air bubble poping feeling feel it move up my chest area espcially at night or first thing on a morning but jst lately its a day time thing aswell sad
