Yes desire in fact its very normal for your vision to change when your anxious its almost like you did a really hard workout and your super tired and your vision starts to change a bit but you know its becuase your doing you body good and it would be normal for it to but with people suffering anxiety this is one of those disandvantages with people with anxiety but its okay just make sure not to do any drugs like Weed,LSD,Shrooms, ect mostly not the harder ones and im not saying this to be your teacher or anything im saying this becuase people with anxiety have higher chance to be diagnoised with depersonlization/derealization and if your friends might smoke and had this feeling before or say they have and say it went away they might of now had it as bad as a person with real anxiety but they had something transiet Depersonlization/Derealization and basically it means that they had it temporary and it went away for them but mabey for you it wont and you'll have to work so hard to cure it or atleast lower the symtoms but i wouldnt take the risk ive had deperonlization/derealization and its terrible please stay away from drugs but medicines like advil and medicines need and prescribed is find but be careful with antedepressdants if you buy anything they can sometimes or some of them make your anxiety worse leading to mabey worse vision for you so goodluck and think positive if you have any questions you can private message me..😁👍🏻
