Does anyone has lower abdominal pain due to having prostatitis?

I've been suffering for prostatitis for 10 years now. The symptoms are on and off. The most painful part is having lower abdominal pain. I thought it's because I had taken too much antibiotics throughout the years but I am not sure about it now. Because I felt good in 2018-2020 but feeling so bad after had a b******b a year ago.

My question is does anyone has lower abdominal pain so bad?

    If you have constant pain, then you should have a scan such as an ultra sound (assuming your GP can't diagnose the issue).
