does anyone have any advice to help a pounding heart

Had an ablation July 2017 fixed everything except left me with abit of chest pain and a constant pounding heart anyone had that problem?

    I have the pounding heart anyway but on and off especially at night, I,m going for the ablation next Wednesday, I am scared.  Do you get this all the time or sometimes, I don,t want to be worse off than I am now, I live a fairly active life for my age but do not go too far in case my heart starts racing(71)

    If your heart is still pounding you need to speak to your doctor.
