I HAD UNPROTECTED SEX A LITTLE WHILE AGO AND I NOTICED THIS ON MY PENIS HEAD A WEEK OR SO AFTER. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT IS AND IT IS SCARING ME DOES ANYONE HAVE A CLUE. I AM TRYING TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. WITH MY LOCAL CLINIC SOON BUT CAN ANYONE TELL ME ANYTHING.I'M REALLY FREAKING OUT.

Doesn't look like herpes to me, though the image isn't big enough or clear enough to really make a good determination. I would still get it looked at by a doctor, since there does seem to be something going on.
