Does anyone have Narcolepsy and MS?

I was diagnosed with narcolepsy about 6 months ago thinking that all the health issues i was having was being caused by narcolepsy. A month or so after i was doing great i havent felt that good in a while. but now that past couple months i've been having many symtoms seemingly unrealted becayse they're so all over the place. I lost a bunch of weight out of no where and now the biggest things is my vision changes and terrible tremor-like shaking.
A few weeks ago my left eyeid swelled up and did a few times about once a week for 3 weeks, my doctor thought it was a sinus infection and gave me antibiotics. But i'm having blurred vision in that eye now and the past couple days it has gotten much worse. It's almost if my perscription is no longer strong enough for that eye. I've been into the eye doctor multiple times and he cannot find anything wrong, even by dialating my eye and what not. I'm about to go in again since the blurriness is getting so bad, i feel like im loosing my vision in that eye. i've also had alot of flashing lights and odd things with my vision lately as well.
As for the tremors, these are shakes like nothing ive ever had before. it seems to happen after some sort of physical activity and its only my hands/arms and legs. It shakes so much after doing such little activity, when its my leg i have to sit down afraid my leg is going to give out.
I have no idea what the process is to getting this looked into. Any advice would be very helpful.
My symtoms are anywhere from stomach issues, to headaches, to speech problems. Theyre just so all over the place, i feel like im going crazy sometimes.
I'm only 21 years old, something is clearly not right.

Hey si i have epilepsy and i had very similar symptoms to you at first they thought i had cancer because i had swollen glands on my neck that were huge then they thought i had MS because i was so weak i could barely move i had the tremor you were talking about and the flashing lights aswell i am also 21 years old and it turned out i was having severe side effects to the anti seizure medication i was taking and had been taking for the last 10 years i was taking Epilim. im not sure what medication your on but check the side effects thats all i can say!! it never crossed my mind to be that as i had been taking it for so long but you may be experiencing side effects of the anti seizure medication. Please let me know how you go as i am very curious to know if thats what it was
Hope all goes well for you

also all the symptoms you have mentioned are all on the side effects of the Epilim i was taking. I am now swapping over to Lamictal but all the anti seizure medications have very similar side effects. i chose to swap to lamictal because i do want to have kids in the near future and epilim is the worst one to be on it actually says dont take while pregnant. And the new one Lamictal apparently is the best one of all of them to be on if i was to have kids. also this one has a page less of side effects than the epilim haha which i guess is something right

Actually I was taking lamictal (I was taking it as a mood stabilizer) Although I'm not sure if that would be the case since I had only taken it for 3 months and it didn't mix well with my provigil for narcolepsy so I got off of it. Maybe some of those things are from the lamictal. But I've also had a lot of health issues on and off for years.
I think I'm going to try and find a neurologist just to make sure.
I had no idea anti seizure medication could give you those kinds of symptoms! That information could be extremely helpful. Thank you!
