Does anyone know how it works or if it even does any good?

hi people, can anyone on here with a brain cell, give me a sensible answer.... i have coeliac disease, i have gastritis and now i find out after 5 years that my bone density has dropped! after 5 years surely it should have done? how much can it drop? when should i be worried? what is alendronic acid? if i have gastritis (pockets of acid) why would i then take an acid on top? help as a coeliac with oral allergy syndrome and veggie, is there any way i can raise my calcium naturally with an acid that will wipe out the affects of the acid stuff? i am confused, round and round the houses lots of experts, no clear answers. still as confused as i was when i was originally diagnosed.
