In my mind, Adrenaline is the bad chemical in my body, when adrenal gland releases it out, I feel very bad, like almost be dead. Im nervous, fear, sweaty, palpitation, rapid heart, shaking hand. Especialy when someone notice me at work. My doctor think I have anxiety, so he gave me anti anxiety medicine, but it did not help me at all. Then he gave me propranolol, and it help me to reduce hand tremor a lot about 80%, and I dont feel worry, anxious when someone try to see how Im working, but the thing I cannot take it for the whole of my life because it can damage my health, like reduce sex, blured eyes, brain fog, so I decided to stop taking it. I realized adrenaline is the thing make me feel anxious, fear, tremor. Does anyone know how to reduce adrenalin in body, any food or supplement over the counter. I try anyway before like runing, think positive, deep breath, not thing can stop it comming out. Thank you.

The adrenaline rush is awful. Exercise as you said is a really good way to reduce it. Sometimes we may just have to accept it's coming and wait for it to pass. Has your Dr discussed any other meds that may help???
