Does anyone know if this is herpes, a yeast infection, or something else?

5 days ago I had an excessive amount of watery like discharge I was unable to properly care for (unable to clean or shower) due to being backpacking at the time the discharge sat in my underpants leading to pain over the next couple of days. When I got home Thursday I showered but was still experiencing pain in my rectal/ vaginal area which hurt worse when trying intercourse with my boyfriend. There appeared to be dry skin. Friday I put Destitin (Diaper rash cream) over the area and by that evening the pain dramatically increased and these bumpy/ ulcer looking things appeared. It hurts unbelievably bad and is made worse by touch or urine. I went to the doctors yesterday and have been using Vasoline while awaiting herpes swab and vaginal panel results. There was white blood cells in my urine. Discharge is either clear and watery or has a thick white appearance with no smell and to my knowledge by boyfriend and I have only had intercourse with each other since we started dating 3+ months ago. i have attached images of what it looks like.
