Thanks for clicking on the thread.

Recently getting back into being sexual active i have noticed that my foreskin is tight when errected , I can still have Sex but in certain positions it hurts , I can fully retract my foreskin when not errect without an issue, however when i am errect i can still pull it back over the head of the penis it just hurts slightly an im worried it will get worse. I also have what looks like small tears all around the foreskin.

could someone please tell me what this could be, also i have tried to use canesten as i thought it could be slight yeast inffection but i dont know if i am applying it correctly as after using it 1/2 times a day for 3 weeks its the same.

Sounds like it could be phimosis.

This is usually something that happens when you're young but usually fixes itself over time,

I had the same until my mid twenties.

I have heard that it can re-appear when older, maybe some gentle stretching may fix the problem.

Do be careful not to tear the foreskin where the tight band is though as this may scar and make the

    problem worse.

I would just make an appointment and see your GP. He will probably examine you, while awkward it's best to just show him these photos on your phone so he can see the impact it is having on erection.

See what the GP recommendation is, I would imagine some cream and stretching exercises will be recommended, and if all that fails, probably a circumcision will be a last resort.
