Does anyone know what’s going on with me

I consider myself very clean i would mostly shower twice a day and i would rub a lot of body wash soap in my penis to clean it. i read that this is bad and it's better than no soap at all that could be one problem. Another one could be that i never moisturrized growing up out of the shower or used any lube or lotion when masturbating i been feeling like burning and small tingles of itching but not to the point were i'm scratching myselfimageimage
