It might be a case of milia – a condition with small white bumps. It’s a good thing that you are washing your face. Are you using paraben free soap? After washing the face, pat it dry; do not air dry it. You can take a steam bath to open the pores and cleanse the skin. Steam can be directed to the affected regions by using a small bowl with a nozzle. Later wash the region and pat it dry. You can also exfoliate the region with cleansers that contain salicylic acid. You can also apply ointments that contain retinoid or retinol.

    Hello!

I have checked out the images you've provided. What you have on your face is an acne outbreak.

The acne outbreak can be managed and you can prevent further outbreaks by maintaining a good facial skin care routine. You can use any cream from the pharmacy that fights acne. That should do, just make sure that you use it constantly.

However if it doesn't go away, then I suggest visiting a dermatologist to have that checked out as they specialise with the skin.

Other than that I wish you good luck!
