You think so?
They randomly spread, I have some on the under side of my foreskin too

how long have they been there?
are they multiplying?
are they sore, itchy?
have you tried squeezing them?
do you have them anywhere else?

they were on the right side, I did try to squeeze them. Got a ca cream from the doctor, then More appeared. They are not sore or itchy, some have save scabbed.. But are still there.
I have the same little spots when I pull my foreskin back underneath, which are also not itchy. Ive had them for a few months. No itch no pain nothing.

hi vash
they still look like fordsyce spots
the ones under the foreskin, do they line up with the ones on the outside?
but at the end of the day you should get them checked just to be on the safe side

honestly you're probably just inflaming normal fordyce spots on the skin. I'd recommend just stopping obsessing over and touching them and give it like a week. stressing out and constantly messing with/fretting over skin issues usually just makes things worse

I have something very very similar to this that I've posted here for help and they also don't itch or hurt or burn or anything...they just appeared one day after I shaved. when did you first notice them?

they are fordyce spots they are normal to men and teens, they are harmless and do not itch and hurt, but do not pop them, also they do not go away they stay there forever, but you can get rid of them with laser surgery..
