burning and itching in feet only relieved by itching it till it bleeds, anyone know what it could be?

Could be a fungal infection. You should be able to buy a cream from your pharmacy or supermarket. Look for preparations for Athletes Foot. Wash and dry your feet thoroughly. Then apply the cream rubbing in well. Do this twice per day, and especially before you go to bed. If no improvement after 4 weeks then you may need to see your doctor.
Do not scratch.
If you wear socks or tights, ideally throw away the ones you have and buy new. Always wash at a high temperature and wear cotton socks.

Athletes Foot? Fungal infections like ringworm and athletes foot are insanely itchy. They make Antifungal sprays, try the lotrimin spray and see if it helps.

If you haven't already, I think you need to see a doctor, that wound needs proper attention and dressing, always wash hands before going anywhere near it, you may be advised to also address the skin on your heals.
