Does anyone know what this is on my back? Very worried please help!

Hi, i I'm new to this website but couldn't find anything related online that is similar to my back. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I hit my back 2 months ago on the counter but it went away and it has come back but don't know if this is related to it. Any ideas? I'm worried about going to the doctors i know something will be wrong. I will phone tomorrow but if anyone knows please help. Thank you.

    Dear Annie you need really to see a medical doctor!!! Could be a also a skin infection, but nobody can make diagnoses only by a picture!
