Ive just noticed these little white dots inside my vaginal opening, i have no idea what they are? i did have a recent thrush infection . please help!!

they domt come off when u wipe them? looks like discharge to me but? does it hurt to touch, does it feel bumpy, any itcbing, discharge, pain? could just be dryness idk i cant reslly tell what it is
