Does anyone know what this lump is?

Started out a week or two ago as just a smallish hard lump, felt almost like a calcium deposit. Now it has turned sort of yellow and is fairly painful to the touch, much like a large pimple would feel. It is located inside my labia minora, but near the top rather than next to the vaginal opening, so I don't believe it's a Bartholin's cyst. It seems to be just one larger bump even though it looks like two separate ones in some photos. I also have a bit of milky/textured discharge at the moment but I'm not sure if it's related. I don't think this is a wart or herpes but I can't find any similar images or symptoms anywhere, and am starting to freak out a bit. Please help

    Hi throw,

It could be an infected sebaceous cyst, based on the fact that you've noticed it previously. They often settle on their own; sometimes they pop spontaneously and pus/sebaceous material comes out.

I agree. Looks and is most definitely a cyst.

Thank you! It popped on its own today and is no longer causing any pain, so I think you're both right. Thank you again
