does anyone know what this is? I've been std tested and have had this swabbed and everything has been negative, but it seems to be getting worse and spreading, it started off as little bumps but it scabs and peels like this, and more bumps are appearing and doing the same thing, when bumps they are not painful or itchy, when scabbing they're very painful.

Looks like impetigo to me. Keep it clean by gentle washing and rinsing well, and leave uncovered if possible. Keep away from vulnerable people like expectant mothers, babies, people having Cancer treatment etc, as it can be quite infectious. this applies to sexual partners as well...but its not an STD
It can spread so you may need some ointment to soothe and help healing. It shouldnt last more than 3-4 weeks but do see your doctor if its really distressing.
