Does anyone take Sertraline to depress sexual thoughts?

For the past year, I'm obsessed with sex with my wife and she doesnt care for it as much. I went to the doctor and told him that I hardly sleep more than an hour any night cause all I do is think about why my wife doesnt want to have sex every other night. Im at the point where this is making me a little drepressed as well. I asked him to give me something that will basically kill my sex drive and stop me from thinking about it all the time. 

He prescribed 25mg of Sertaline. I have been on it for 2 weeks and I havent improved at all. Does anyone else use it for this and when does it get easier?

    Hi Chris I'm currently on 50mg a day and I've constantly got a stiffy on but I'm unable to cum, it's got to the point where she is sore and also making her think it's something wrong with her.

    I've always had a high sex drive but it's through the roof on sertraline, whilst it's good having your GF orgasm 3-4 times it plays on your mind why u can't.

      So you are saying that Sertraline increased your sex drive?!?!? I cant handle that....I have only heard a decrease which is what I need.

      Yes for me but it's only been just over 2wks and apparently this drops off and becomes easier to orgasm.
