Does anything help these headaches?

I have been taking 10mg of citalopram for 7 days. It's my first time taking an SSRI and I've read all about the side effects and how long they can take work. However, I have had a constant migraine--all day, all night-- since starting. Advil does absolutely nothing. I also feel extremely tired and "heavy"... like I have weights on my shoulders. I an taking this for mild anxiety/worry and irritability. But, so far, feeling like this is worse than before the medication. I have two small children and having a constant headache will give you depression in and of itself!

So I guess I am asking if anyone's doctor prescribed headache or migraine medication to deal with these side effects? And I also feel like after 7 days, the side effects should be slightly lessening, but they are not. Nor do I feel any calmer or happier, actually more irritable. Not sure what to do.

    please be cautious with the advil.only take tylonal .ibuprofin is a nono with celexa.best regards
