I believe the costo flRed my anxiety which would throw me into panic attacks before I knew what it all meant. I'd get dizzy headaches short breath and conwould wake up from sleep In a panic. I think all of this hard core stressing worsened the costo. I finally needed up in emergency room and they gave me some Xanax and I finally slept and calmed down and was able to figure this thing out. When pain is bad my anxiety starts rearing its head and my thoughts go to dark places of "what is they missed something". Keeping busy and then icing at end of day and doing relaxation helped a lot. Good luck!!

I was really scared

Costo is not fun but you can make it easier while your symptoms sre in flare- up.

I have found that stress makes things worse. Try to chill a bit about the whole thing.

I discovered that sleeping on my back with a pillow on each side of me with my arms out and resting on the pillows gives me a lot of relief so I can sleep. Try it, I think it will help.
