Does flinging around your head cause brain damage

I'm 17 and I used to do it for a few years, since I was around 14 maybe, and I'm recently thinking of the consequences of doing it, it would usually range from not too bad to hard and I'm worried Incase I might have caused any brain damage to myself

I do not think so, i think if you kept banging your head against the wall, or sustained alot of head damage, it possibly would. Flinging the head around does more neck damage then head.
