does it get better or should I go for a different med

I have been in cit for about 9 weeks. 3 weeks ago I uped by dose to 30mg. I have struggled with pretty much every side effect going. I have had a good day or two but I am going to back to putting all my issues I need to face to one side and not want to deal with them. My panic attacks are getting more and in places I usually seek comfort. I had one in the middle of my rugby game yesterday. Rugby is something I go to escape my head and to have had an attack has set me back i did nothing but cry yesterday after it. I am not one to do meds so everything is new to me. I know people have said it takes awhile but I really havent seen a change apart from dealing with side effects. But worried I could be on the edge of having more good days. I am so confused

hey shivers x I'm exactly the same as you atm. increased to 30mg just over a week ago and definitely have been a lot more panicky too.

the problem is every time you change dose it's like resetting the clock.

you mention side effects too, what side effects are you getting?

the fact you had a few days feeling slightly better is a good sign. it means the meds are starting to do something and kick in A tiny bit.
