does melatonin oral pills cause penis discharge

i have been having discharges mostly clear watery ones and some morning whitish when i milk the penis .i tested for std twice  and uti and got back negative.

i rememberd right before i had sex like a month ago i started taking melatonin to get good sleep but few days ago i kinda stopped taking it and my dischage is very little and most of the day its not there .

could this be a thing where melatonin cause penis discharge?

    I don't think there's a link between melatonin and penile discharge.  What do you mean by "milking" the penis though?  Masturbation, urination, or something else?

      llike squeeze the head of penis  a lil bit and then disharge comes out.it usually happens only in the morning

      i didnt see urologist just regular checking for std and uti .there alot of things that happend when i had unprotected sex like thats when i started using melatonon,also  hurt my penis when my gf was on top riding me  maybe i hurt vessel beacuse it was very painful.Also we had unprotected anal sex first time.She  tgot symptoms 3 weeks later but they all gone after week shes it migtt be her ph level stuff.she said she had hitory of trich which is why i tested twice for it but got negative.
