Does my vagina look okay?

Found a swollen lymphatic gland in my groin a few days back. Now I'm scared something's going on in my vagina area. But there's no pain, no itching, no weird discharge, no smell.

I took some pics and there seems to be some white stuff around my vagina entrance (I can't wipe it off)and some form of tiny skin lumps inside, on the right side. Does any of this look weird to you? I had pap smears and tests done around three months back and everything came back negative.

    Hi anon,

    The first picture (left) appears to show a small cluster of genital warts on the left side of the entrance of the vagina.
