:o I have seen nothing anywhere that says whether any creams and lotions could be used to alleviate the rashes. Except for calamine lotion, would not say, aloe vera, tea tree oil, thuja oil, not to metion the propietry brands such as germolene, savlon etc, have any beneficial effect and help to alleviate any of the spots, scars etc ?

Vinegar is extremely effective for parts of body that allow it. I find it useful to apply daiper cream (talc + zinc oxide) after using the vinegar, to accellerate healing.

Need to keep it as dry as possible.  I find plasters and creams make it spread.  Rubbing alcohol best as keeps it dry and kills virs on the surface.
