Does Sitz bath hurts after fistuotomy. (9 days post op)

Hello, i have two concerns in my mind.

Firstly, my discharge doesn't seem to be slowing down as it has been flowing out and i have to change my pads twice a day. i had already finish my course of antibiotics and i have stop eating my painkillers as it might cause constipation to me. Everyday i try to do sitz bath twice a day and it is stingy to my wound. Is it normal?

Secondly, I am a long term isotretinion user. Am i able to resume my medicine?
