Okay so I just got my left foot done on June 5th it is now June 7th and I am in huge pain. But everytime I eat something especially spicy food I feel like my foot throbes and wants to expode. So is it the spicy food causing this? Oh yeah is it safe to put ice on it becuse I feel like my foot has fever!

Chilli and ginger do increase your metabolism so I suppose they will increase blood flow, which could be causing your foot to be more painful. Probaly just the early days after surgery though, rest and ice. Hope you feel better today
