Does the anxiety ever end?

i was taking 20 mg cit for 7 weeks then upped the dose to 30mg 2 week ago. jesus the anxiey! shakes, no sleep, i just need to know if this will end!

    Yes, the anxiety does get better. It can take at least 12 weeks to see some improvement in the anxiety, and usually it increases in the 2nd or 3rd weeks when first taking it, and when changing dose.

    So being on 20mg for 7 weeks is a pretty short period to really see much improvement, then upping to 30mg, you'll get more anxiety with that dose increase, then it gradually subsides.

    I'm 5 months in, I'm still up and down, 1 week feel totally back to normal, 1 week a bit of anxiety, but each time I've blipped, the downs haven't been as bad.

    Seems for most people on here, things slowly improve over 6 months.

    It's a long and s**t journey, keep exercising at the least, it really helps too.

    Id go back to 20. i went up to 30 too fast and had same issues. went back down to 20 and settled on that after about a month. that whole process took 6 months before i didnt feel like i was losing my mind.
