Does the blister fluid from burned bumps spread it?

For those who have burned the bumps themselves, have you noticed it spreading from the fluid in the blisters when they pop?

Yes, of course, just wondered if that had been the experience of those that had done it. I don't really see the point if it did.

It definitely spread when I stupidly picked one as thought it was the scab but it fell and touched the skin beneath it and low and behind week or two later one popped up in that spot. I try to put a plaster on when its about to pop
