Does the residual go away from vestibular neuritis

Does the residual dizziness go away from vestibular neuritis? Does the residual go away from vestibular neuritis over four months ago but I'm finding I'm a bit dizzy all the time and my vision is off specially in big stores where there's lots of lights. I'm doing a fairly aggressive rehabilitation. Doesn't residual dizziness and symptoms go away?
