Does the white noise sleep machine really work?

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hey, I am recently doing a research for our new product white noise sleep machine. Just two quick questions.

1.Have you ever used a sleep machine to help you while you suffering from sleep disorder? Is it working for you?

2. If you can have or help design a new white noise sleep machine, what functions do you want it to have?

Thanks a lot for taking your time

Hello Im 55 years old male and I have been suffering from CSVD & Neurological problems. Briain Shrinkage makes my life miserable. Everyday my sleep pattern gets worse.  Problem starts with the onset of sleep and during sleep vivid & horror dreams occur.  After sleep I wake up @ 7..00 in the morning with headache and bodypain.  Will the sleep machine work to calculate my sleep hours etc? Kindly clarify. Thank U.

Hey, friend, I did some research about the functions  of the white noise machine, for some people it's worked, and worked pretty well. However, most of them are suffering from noisy neighbors, light sleep. The white noise is background noise which sounds like the box fan, some digital ones even have multiple sound choices, like the sound of wind, brook, storm, and etc.

Anyway, I am not sure if it's working for your symptoms or not, but I do suggest you give it a try since you've been suffering a lot from low quality sleep.

You can Google "White noise machine "to find more reviews online.

Hope you feel better, my friend.

      Best Regards

      Kathy
