Does this flesh wound look normal?

I scratched an itch one to many times and now have this flesh wound. Is it anything I should be worried about?

We all overdo scratching when we get an itch but yours looks as though it needs a professional opinion. That circular patch may be ringworm or something else but dont ignore it.Try not to scratch any more so that it can try to heal. It may just be an infected insect bite, but hard to tell
