Does this look cancerous?

hello been here on the forum on & off with bowel problems for years but I've had this lump pertruding from my anal opening and not sure if its a pile or not. I have no pain, the rare occasion there may be blood but my stools are definitely narrower it doesn't cause me any trouble doest irritate.

picture one is my anus just normal relaxed with a tiny little soft lump

the seconds I'm squaring and the lump is there which feels soft not hard.
