no pain but a lump near entrance... very concerned, i have felt dry lately

not sure if its just a skin variation but it looks a lump to me (i hve had an sti test / all negative)

no i would have no idea it was there if i hadnt looked if i look in a mirror i can barely see it, only seems visible on a close up camera

Dear abbie,
If it's not painful, bleeding or ulcerated then I don't think there's any immediate action that needs to taken. I'm afraid that's all I can say at the moment; you'll just have to wait a little longer and see if it settles on its own or new symptoms develop.
