Does this look like a normal outbreak ?

over a month ago this happened 3 days after giving oral. the person i gave it too was negative for everything. i do remember getting sores when younger but nothing like this! image

it took 2 weeks to heal but i still have red marks on my lips which i am thinking i burnt the skin off using baking soda on it maybe? but the odd part is is my lip still tingles and itches and just feels not normal still!

possible it wasnt an outbreak and something else ?
