Does this look like a prolapse? If so what type?

Been suffering with a heaviness, pressure and full feeling in vagina and lower abdomen for a couple of months. also getting back ache after being on my feet too long/doing exercise. GP said mild prolapse and said do kegals and sent me on my way. defo feels like I need more than this though, the pressure and discomfort is there all day every day. I've had a blood test to rule out other things and all normal and sending me for an ultrasound to rule out cysts. I've booked to see a private physio but appointment is afew weeks so in the meantime I wondered what others thought.image
