Does this look like a yeast infection?

Recently came off a dose of oral antibiotics for acne.

Bought an at-home test kit, it's not BV, and I've never had sex, so I know it's not STI/D-related.

It doesn't really itch, hurt to urinate, and isn't super inflamed, so I don't think it's a UTI.

There were some white clumps near my clitoris and I had an unusual amount of discharge the other day.

Never had a yeast infection before, but, considering the data from the at-home test and still being a virgin, I'm planning on treating it myself.

What do you think?
