Does this look like early ascites?

Hi everyone, I'm 25 and I've been a weekend drinker since the age of 17. I had problems with drugs in my early 20s but have been clean for over 6 months now. I do consider myself a slight hypochondriac but I've been reading a lot about liver cirrhosis and have convinced myself I could possible have early ascites. I have pectus excavatum so my chest isn't very prominent which probably gives the impression my stomach area is bigger than it is. Hopefully someone on here can give me a little insight as to whether I have a normal shape body and its just a little extra fat around my abdomen or it is early ascites. Tia.
