Does this look like genital herpes??

hi everyone I've been freaking out about this for a few days and i need some opinions.

for backstory: for the last few months right before my period starts, my vagina gets very irritated. i noticed that i have small cuts on my perineum that pop up in the same place every time. there is itchiness and burning but that eases up after a few days and the cuts stay for up to 2-3 weeks sometimes. they heal and then they come back again around my period. i have been diagnosed with BV before and i used to get pretty frequent yeast infections around my period. i know that both can cause cuts like this but i am really worried... i initially was under the impression that the cuts come from wiping too hard but it's really weird that they happen around the same time every month... i've had plenty of std tests done so i thought i was okay but only recently found out that herpes tests aren't typically included. i also had a pap smear done while the cuts were present and had mentioned them to my doctor but he didnt say anything about them. what do you think??imageimageimage

Hi I am going through a very similar situation. Are you still dealing with this? I am still so worried I have herpes despite the negative tests. I still get a tiny cut just like that in the same spot every couple weeks that goes away in 48 hrs. If you could please message back I would appreciate it! I can't get over this.
