Does this look like genital warts? Genital herpes? HIV? Pics included.

I had unprotected sex with a guy in November. A few days later, I bled a little bit. My labia has felt irritated -- like it's being pinched constantly.

No change in discharge. No pain. No itching. No burning. No rash. Headache for about a week now. My tongue has gone white, and my mouth has had minor sores that are gone within a day. There's a hard lump in my neck.

Noticed these small bumps about a month ago inside my vagina, and didn't think anything of it. Looked again today and they appear to have grown. 

I've booked an appointment with my doctor.

Are they genital warts? Herpes? Thoughts?
