Does this look like Genital Warts or Vestibular Papillomatosis? ***GRAPHIC PHOTOS***

My bf cheated on me with a woman in Feb who he says is getting tested for HPV. I noticed these finger like tube things on my vulva or inner labia last week. I checked everyday and they weren't there until Wed. or Thurs. of last week. I'm currently awaiting my results from my full panel STD test I took two Saturday's ago. I'm worried they're warts but from what I've seen they don't look like warts. What could they be? They started in a like a circle but now go down in like a line. I have another app. with my doctor tomorrow to take a look at the lesions. I got my period so please be warned, the photos attached are extremely graphic!

Thank you so much for helping everyone!! I recently posted one down below and may I ask if I can get some advice please?

Not to go off topic but it'd be very helpful to get Feedback from everyone who has posted here if possible, how was your diagnosis? What treatment options where you given? Or how are you managing the condition etc... Please if possible I'd be very happy to hear how everyone is doing and also just to encourage each other..

Myself i posted here some five months back but later on developed a wart, i was tested for STIs but i had non, even did cervical cancer screening just last week Tuesday everything was looked ok. Just waiting for results first my pap smear. My wart was burnt off it looks ok down there but the VP is still present...

Just thought of giving feedback to someone who might care to know. Otherwise always check in with your doctor whenever you notice an abnormality just so you're clear. Health comes first and should always be..

Hi everyone, I'm so thankful to have found this thread! I recently felt a weird incline to check down there and found these bumps near the lining of my opening. I couldn't see from far but thought it was discharge at first until I couldn't wipe them away. I accidentally scratched a bit off and it started bleeding. I went into immediate panic and thought they were HPV genital warts. I did a lot of panic researching and learned about PV. The doctor said it doesn't look like warts, and appears to be VP. He did a swab just in case, and I'm waiting for results. I'm really nervous because I just had sex the night before with my partner. I'm really scared how that will affect our relationship. That area had always been a bit uncomfortable now that I think of it, but no burning or anything. Please, any help is greatly appreciated!!

      Hello,

I've been experiencing symptoms that are aligned with yeast infection: burning while I pee, itching and excessive discharge. when I examined myself I've noticed these growths. I'm not sure if its genital warts, VP or from the yeast. I set up an appointment with my doc please help!!

i cannot really tell by your photos exactly wat they are but any new lumps growths u did not have before need checking vp normally occurs in symmetrical lines down the inside of the labia they are usually small smooth bumps or finger like pojections they should not have a cauliflower kind of appearance or be rough to touch

yours need checking by a doctor u also have wat looks like yeast or a vaginal infection of some kind so whilst u see a doctor about the discharge ask that they look at the bumps aswel vp are normally smooth to touch like like pearly bumps or like finger like projections that form down both sides of the inside of the labia they shouldnt feel rough or look like cauliflower shaped growths
