Does this look like Genital Warts or Vestibular Papillomatosis? ***GRAPHIC PHOTOS***

This week i have noticed a lump around my vaginal opening, at first i thought maybe a slight tear healing but now three says later im looking more in detail and i can see more. i cant get a doctor appointment can anyone advise. They dont hurt or itch but im concerned. ive had std tests and been with my oartner 7 months. image

    They present like genital warts, I would see your GP to be sure. HPV is treatable dont worry.
