Does this look like genital warts ? PLEASE HELP

the images above are just at the start of my penile shaft , under or behind the shaft actually , i have some other small ones on my scrotum also , but they look like skin tags , this one is a new one which i noticed recently and looks different than others , I have never had i unprotected sex with anyone including my wife, I did have around 10 or more sexual partners though , most were one night stands
