This can and most defiantly could be herpes if you have had unprotected sex recently. I am no doctor but if it looks like groups of small white clusters of pimples then it is most likely HSV-2, Do Not Pop them!!!. I Would recommend calling your doctor as soon as possible or go see a dermatologist. If it is painful in the areas i would recommend going to a clinic or the nearest ER where they can do a blood test or biopsy. I am in no way saying I Am 100% sure. If this turns out to be a herpes outbreak and it is your first it will be the worst, medication will help drastically and even though there is no cure there is nothing to be scared or ashamed about. this could be the only outbreak you have in your life. 1 in 3 people have herpes simplex 1 and 1 in about 5 have HSV2. You can and most likely will lead a normal and healthy life. /// I Hope this turns out to be a rash of some sort. I Have had gential herpes now for 6 years, I Am engaged and have not had a outbreak in a long time. I Wish you all the best of luck.
