I'm very worried that this may be herpes. I have no symptoms just dryness, some redness, inflammation and discharge.

I'm going to go to the doctor in a few days to get tested but I just wanted to see what anyone thinks. Sorry for the graphic picture, I'm freaking out a lot about it and cant really sleep over this.

Its very difficult to tell - from what I can see is a slight redness on top left but other than that it looks pretty normal to me.

What has been happening before the dryness etc started? Sexual contact etc.?

mmmm it could be irritation or anything to be honest

i guess you will only know when you get tested or swabbed or if any further symptoms develop in the meantime ie blisters, groin pain, flu symptoms etc

also 4 days is not enough time to get an accurate diagnosis if bloods are taken, one generally has to wait 6 weeks or so to test for a generally confident result

Do keep your Dr appointment and keep us updated if you can

Went in and the doctor said its looks like sebaceous glands or cysts. She did a swab and will be sending it into the lab just in case. Results will be in 2 weeks and let me know just to monitor the area and if there is any pain or they open to call her. She swabbed the inside of my cervix and diagnosed me with bacterial vaginosis and prescribed metronidazole.

Tested negative for chlamydia, gonorrhea and herpes swab. there are little pimples there with no pain or irritation while urinating, the doctor said it's common and will go away on it's own.
