Does this look like herpes?

I have had the same sexual partner for 2 years now, the past couple of days I have noticed a few spots on the right side of my vulva. I have a 7 month old baby so had blood tests during my pregnancy and also an std swab, would this have told me if i had herpes? I don't have any pain when urinating or anything the spots are just a bit sore. Does this look like herpes? image

    Hi,

When was the first time you noticed these? And for how much days have they been there?

You mentioned a few spots, have any of these spots popped and ulcerated?

Routine vaginal fluid swab doesn't determine herpes, with this I'm not saying this is herpes. Was it a natural birth or c-section? If it was c-section, usually Obstetricians don't test for HSV, now if it was natural birth and you've never presented any symptoms related to HSV, they won't test for it as well, if there were symptoms they would directly test for HSV. Swab and blood usually looks for Chlamydia, Gonorrea, HIV and syphilis.

It was a c section, i had a natural birth with my first child. They have been there 2 days. There's no itching or anything just a bit sore where the spots are. They have stayed the same none have popped that i have noticed. I had similar spots when i was pregnant the doctor checked and said i had thrush and they went away after a couple days of cream, however this time I don't have the thrush symptoms just the spots.
