Does this look like herpes?

hello,

I recently got these sores on the very bottom of my scrotum and worrying it's herpes or a different STI. I believe I gotten them before on the same spot a few months ago but thought it was related to jock itch. I got tested in June for HIV (was getting Prep) so thought they would have also caught STIs in my blood work but learning/reading that's not the case. I have an appointment with my healthcare provider in a couple weeks but worrying about it a lot. Before I got these sores my balls felt extra sweaty and kept sticking to my thighs but that's about it. They sting a little but are not very painful at all. The last time I got them they were very painful. image

    since you think this is not your first "outbreak" i would suggest getting a blood test i think your results would be accurate and you can take another in 12 weeks
